Fundamentals of Acting

Work
with Master acting teacher, Sara Maurno
who has over 20 years experience in theatre (MFA in Theatre, former adjunct at Brandeis University, nearly 10 years acting in New York). Learn the techniques of improvisation,
scene study, monologues, movement – the basics that actors use to launch their
careers.
Expect
to be on your feet in every class, participating in each exercise, developing
confidence and a solid understanding of the basics of acting. You will emerge
from this course with a strong foundation in acting.
This
introductory class is designed for those with little or no prior training or
for anyone interested in exploring acting as an enjoyable means of
self-expression, creation and thinking on their feet!
